Most important properties of Nanofibers that seperates them from other textile products are having incredibly small fiber diameters and achieving too high surface area.

Polyrurethane nanofiber sample: 100nm (0,1micron) diameter.
It is possible to cover 35m² area with 1 gram polyurethane nanofibers that have 100nm diameter size.

NanoFMG NanoTEX-Membrane® Industrial collaborated products with nanofibers
  • Precision dust holding membranes for electronical devices
  • Filter papers for industrial filters
  • Antimicrobial face masks

Due to high porous structure, small fiber diameters, water proofness, and easy to adding nanoparticles or finishing materials to the polymer solution, antibacterial, antistatic, perfume releasing, super absorbancy, antibiotics and alike properties can be easily brought in the structure of membranes.

NanoTex-Membrane With high porous structure and air permeability, too small fiber and pore diameters, it is possible to catch the particles that are bigger than 0,3 mikron.NanoTexweb, a NanoTex-Membran,can be plaited in order to use for certain filter type, or it can be used itself. It can be used in HEPA, ULPA filters, clean room conditioner filters, bug filters and pollen filters.

The perfect filtration properties of NanoTex-Membrane makes it useful to use as medical mask that filters harmful chemicals, particles and odours. Also nanofibers are studied about using them as implants, wound coverings and controlled medicine release applications. Attention on these subjets are increasing day by day.

NanoTex-Membrane can replace the other membranes in terms of water resistance and air permeability. Also NanoTex-Membrane can be produced as composite with different forms of textiles, and by the use of finishing materials, flameproof, antibacterial etc. properties can be added more effectively and more durable; so textiles can perform these properties more.
