NanoSpinner 416

NanoSpinner416 is an industrial nanofiber fabric machine that can produce nanofibers with a diameter of 50 - 300 via electrospinning in a form of nonwoven sheet. Acording to desired final product, Nanospinner 416 can produce nanofibers at 500–10.000 m²/day production speed. Polymers like Polyurethane, polyvynyl alcohol, poly acrylonitrile and polyamide can be used as raw materials. Coating process is applied over a carrying substrat (for example spunbond or meltblown nonwovens, woven fabrics or papers etc.) by electrospinning method. According to final products structure, 0,1 - 15 gr/m² nanofiber surface can be produced.

NanoSpinner24 This Laboratory type machine has 24 nozzles and designed for R&D and laboratory studies.It is possible to produce nanofiber fabrics with 35 cm width, with a production capacity of 3-20m²/hour. 0,1 - 20 gr/m² nanofiber densities can be achieved

Usage areas: Nanospinner 24 is designed for product development for textiles, air filtration, chemistry, building, medical, medicine and agroculture sectors. In addition, universities that are studying over nanofibers and electrospinning and other R&D companies can carry on their studies more easy with Nanospinner 24. Different designs for installation area and product are available.

0-60kV high voltage with 0.1kV precision, temprature and humidity control, 0-500ml/h flowrate for polymer solution with 0.01ml/h precision and other specific features for easy to use.
